    4.0 serving(s) nature''s own life honey wheat bread
    1.0 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple
    4.0 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free (Great Value)
    10.0 oz 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
    1.0 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1.12 cup Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet)

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave butter until meltedMO. Spray an 8 inch by 8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Place bre as Idiscussed cubes evenly along the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle diced apple evenly over the bread. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter cream cheese, soy milk, egg substitute, 2 tablespoons syrup, cinnamon and sweetener mix until lump free pour over the bread and apple. Bake for about 45 minutes until egg mixture is pretty firm and cooked through. Cut into quarters
