Ingredients

    1.5 cup chickpea (garbanzo) flour
    3.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    2.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt
    12.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat waffle iron. Mix wet items, stir in dry items. Butter iron and pour batter in, being careful not to overfill. Remove when brown and crisp. If you want to freeze and reheat in tbe toaster later, cook about a minute less.
