Ingredients

    1 8.5 oz. Uncle Ben';s Ready Bown & Wild Rice
    1 can Black Beans drained
    1 ripe mango peeled
    handful of fresh cilantro cleaned, stems removed
    1 jalepeno, cleaned seeds removed
    1 cup of salsa, I like to use fresh

Directions

pulse, cilantro, mango and jalepeno pepper in food processor, (or chop fine)
Mix all ingredients together.

Yum!
