Introduction

One of my family favorites. Kind of like corn bread but moister. One of my family favorites. Kind of like corn bread but moister.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup corn meal
    2.0 cup boiling water
    1.0 cup cold milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Butter a baking dish. Add boiling water to corn meal and salt combo. Cool (room temp) Add milk. Add eggs one at a time, mix well after each addition. Bake 25-30 minutes (or till golden brown) Serve with butter and salt to taste. Serving Size: 8
