75.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
70.0 grams Sesame seeds
65.0 grams Flax seeds
80.0 Grams Pumpkin Seeds
Directions
Mix eggs, grated cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese & baking powder till smooth.
Add the seeds.
Preheat oven at 200-225 degrees Celsius.
Line up baking plays with baking paper.
Ad batter and divide into thin layer.
Bake about 15 minutes til golden.
This makes about 16-20 pieces. Low carb.
