Introduction

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour (by VINOFREAK71)
    2 serving Golden Hen Large Egg (by SHELLY81_9)
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    2 oz Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

    Optional: Sweetener - 1 tsp.
    Vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp.

Tips

They will not bubble in the center like regular pancakes. Just gently lift and turn when desired browning has occurred.


Directions

Cream softened cream cheese, eggs and cream together. Add coconut flour and baking powder sifted together. It thickens as it sits. If you want a thinner batter either add HWC or another egg. I use mine as is and use a silicon scraper to spread it out on the skillet. Also, I fry them in coconut oil.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pancakes using scant 1/4 cup
