Ingredients

    4 serving Basmati Long Grain Rice - 1/2 cup cooked, 1/6th cup raw
    0.5 cup *lentils, great value dried
    134 grams Beans, red kidney
    .3 serving King Oscar Sardines in Oil, 1 can drained
    1.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Tips

Add any reward of spice, stock, vegetable or protein for flavour.


Directions

Cook rice and lentils separately. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oil. Stir in rice and lentils. Add Kidney Beans and Sardines.
