    .3 serving Vanilla Essence 1Tbl (by UNIDENT)
    2 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
    .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

spray pan with nonstick spray and cook over med heat
