Ingredients

8 oz B L Corn Meal Mush Old Fashioned (Polenta)
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 serving Corn--Creamed Canned Corn
.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
3 serving Promise, Light Margarine, tub, 1 Tbsp
Tips
Use self rising flour if prefered, add salt
1/4c of honey if you like it sweet.
Let cool and Enjoy With Mumzy's Bean Soup!
Directions
Combine Dry ingredients (use self rising flour if prefered)
1/4c of Honey if you like it sweet
Add egg and milk
Stir to mix thoroughly
Add 1/2 can creamed corn Stir mixture
Melt Margarine, slowly drizzle in mixture last
Pour in 8x8 nonstick pan
Bake @ 350 degrees or 160c for 25 min
Let cool and Enjoy With Mumzy's Bean Soup
