Ingredients

    small bag of mixed veggies
    1lb lean ground beef
    5 smallish red potatoes
    1/2 cup reduced fat cheese
    3 wedges of light laughing cow cheese
    one can french onion soup
    1/2 can of water
    2/3 cup Heart Healthy bisquick
    2/3 cup water

Directions

Brown the beef
Put the potatoes in the microwave and cook until almost ccompletely cooked
add the soup + 1/2 can water
add the cheese
stir until melted
add the veggies
cube the potatoes and stir them
spray a casserole dish and add mixture
mix 2/3 cup bisquick and 2/3 cup water
pour over top
bake until top is golden brown
