Ingredients

    2 c cooked spaghetti or angel hair pasta
    1 package of Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables
    1/8 c. onion
    1/8 c. bell pepper
    1 medium egg
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    2 tbsp. House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce
    2 tbsp. House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
    black pepper

Directions

While cooking noodles, put Green Giant veggies in microwave and prepare according to instructions. Chop up onion and bell pepper while waiting for noodles to cook. Heat canola oil in a wok or skillet.

Drain and rinse noodles. Add to heated oil, stirring often to prevent sticking. Add Peanut and Stir-Fry sauce gradually thoughout cooking. Crack egg and stir into noodles. Add veggies and stir into noodles. Stir and cook until egg is done and sauce is evenly distributed. Season with black pepper.

Makes 4 1 cup servings.
