Introduction

I made a batch of this, place it into 4 storage bowls and have it for lunch during the week. I made a batch of this, place it into 4 storage bowls and have it for lunch during the week.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb cubed Chicken
    1/2 cup egg noodles
    1 cup cubed carrots
    1/2 cup diced celery
    2 cans Sawnson's low fat/Low sodium Chicken broth
    1 small diced oinion

Directions

Brown chicken in Spray oil.
Add all ingredient but egg noddles to crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or High for 5.
Last 1/2 hour of cooking add egg noddles

    Sorrry--1st time using this software:

    1lb chicken breast
    2 cans Swanson low fat, lo sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup cut celery
    1 small onion scliced and diced
    1 cup cubed carrots
    1/2 cup wide egg noddles

    This is a great choice in our cold NH winters. A great lunch or even a dinner item with whole wheat bread or crackers.

    This recipe was pretty good, but not amazing. Not sure if I will make it again. It was very easy though, so that was GREAT! - 8/14/08
