Introduction

Flourless banana bread. Flourless banana bread.

Ingredients

    6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    6 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon (or as much as you like)
    1 cup Coconut flour, Bob's Red Mill
    7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Coconut Oil
    0.55 cup mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup

Directions

I added everything into a mixer and pulsed until it came together. Cook at 350 for 20min or until a toothpick comes out clean. This makes 1 9x5 loaf pan and 8 cupcakes. It’s also delicious with chocolate chips and walnuts or pecans. Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
