    4 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    1 stick Butter, unsalted
    2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 cup Domino Confectioner's Sugar (by SONIC12394)
    1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground


Cut the Sweet Potatoes into cubes
Put in a pot of boiling hot water and cook until tender
Put the sweet potatoes in the mixing bowl ( Make sure you put the sweet potatoes through a strainer to get rid of the water)
Add the cinnamon, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg and heavy cream
Mix all together then cut up the butter and add to the mixer
Pour mixer on the pie crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degree
Once preheated put the pies in the oven for 25-30 minutes
Whipped topping:
Add the cream cheese, heavy cream and vanilla extract
Sift the confectioners sugar then slowly add to the mixer
Add one egg at a time
Mix until you see small peaks
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag or Ziploc bag
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use
