Ingredients

    36 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15
    227 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Sage, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Marjoram, dried
    3 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    18 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original

Directions

Mix spices and ground turkey together and cook on medium heat in a skillet. Dice onion, peppers and mushrooms. Spread evenly into glass baking dishes (9x13 and 8x8). Whisk eggs and almond milk together. Pour egg mixture into pans until ingredients are covered. Bake on 375 for 45 minutes. Serving Size: 14 slices
