    not hard to figure out how to to make these: cream butter/sugar, beat in vanilla/eggs/banana; sift dry ingred. together and add to banana mix alternately w/milk. bake at ?350? for ?20 minutes? and after cool, cream butter and icing sugar together to frost. just guessing here, vicki--am i close? :) - 7/27/08

    Yep, i add lemon essence to the icing also, quite complementary to the banana flavor. One day when I get time ill finish the recipe but i only put it up to calculate the calorie content when i ate one haha.
