Ingredients

2 lbs Extra lean Hamburger
1 Onion [Diced]
1 head Broccoli [chopped]
1 head Cauliflower [chopped]
Garlic granules
half stalk Celery [Diced]
1 bunch Spinach [washed and chopped]
2 cans Green beans
Directions
Blend hamburger with enough water to make granule like
put all ingredients in slow cooker. Add water to fill pot almost full. Add spices as desired. Set slow cooker for 8 hours.
Makes 20 to 25 1-cup servings
Put in containers and freeze.
When ready, take out container, thaw and microwave for three to 5 minutes
