Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz of shrimp
    Half of one salmon fillet
    Half of one whiting fillet
    1/3 to 1/2 clove garlic
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup sliced strips of bell pepper
    Dash of pepper
    1/3 tsp of cayenne
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    Roughly 1 cup of tomato sauce
    2 cups rice

Directions

Start 2 cups rice boiling, with just enough water to cover it completely.
While rice is cooking, chop up veggies, fish into thin strips, place in marinara sauce, bring sauce to boil.
When rice has boiled and grains are softened sufficiently, remove from heat, drain water from it entirely.
Add spices to taste in sauce, lower heat to medium, let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add sauce to rice when serving.
Makes about 4 servings.
