Ingredients

    2 cup Flour - Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Bobs Red Mill) (by AKHOCKEYCHIC)
    4 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    1 stick Butter, unsalted
    1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat

Directions

Measure flour and mix with baking powder, and flaxseed meal. Cut butter into mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and mix until all ingredients are mixed. Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead 8-10 times. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick. Use 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place on a parchment lined baking pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and back for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
