    508 gram Seafood Fresh Mixture - Morrisons (by ANGIE27031)
    35 grams Garlic
    39 g Cornflour (UK)
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    0.25 cup Canberra Milk Lactose Free Full Cream (by KAZMAZHAZ)
    8 tbsp Norganic Golden Soya Mayonnaise
    1 cup Pauls Zymil Milk Lactose Free
    1.7 cup Fish Stock
    0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1.25 cup, strips Celery, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    30 gram(s) Margarine, Nuttelex Original (by TREVBABE)

Tips

Serve with rice or pasta. Serve on toast for breakfast


Directions

Fry onion and celery in Nuttelex until soft, add vegetables and garlic except for cauliflower and continue to stir. Add stock and milk bring to the boil. Add seafood and cauliflower and simmer. While simmering mix cornflour with a small amount of water until a smooth paste. When done add to seafood.
