Introduction

Fresh and tasty wrap. This is my favorite! Eaten alone for Lunch, no sides needed. If Looking for lower calorie, find a lower calorie tortilla. (Could also be an appetizer if cut into sections.) Ingredients

    1 Florida Avocado
    3/4 cup 2% Mexican Shredded Cheese
    3 Flour Tortilla Burrito size (Azteca used-140 calories per tortilla)
    3 cup cherry tomatoes
    3 Leafs Romaine Lettuce
    3 tbsp Bacon Bits, Hormel

Directions

Slice or cube avocado. Half cherry tomatoes. Warm tortilla. Place 1/3 avocado and 1 cup of tomatoes on tortilla. Cover with 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle 1 tbsp bacon bits on top of cheese. Place Romaine Lettuce Leaf on top of cheese. Wrap tortilla. And enjoy! 1 Tortilla per serving.
