These muffins have wheat germ, soy flour,flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, corn meal, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla soy milk and egg whites. Flax meal (groud flax) 1/4 cup
Wheat Germ 1/4 cup
Yellow Cornmeal 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp.

Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup
Directions
makes 12 muffins or if you can afford the carbs it makes 6 large (just double the nutritional values) spray your muffin tin with pam or line them with the paper thingys fill 2/3 full and bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
