Ingredients

    1) Fish Fillets- thin. Hilbut, Talapia, Cod, Catfish work well.
    2) Baked Doritos
    3) Lite or Fat Free Ranch (Hidden Valley perfered)
    4) Melted Butter or Margarine

    Portions depend on amount served
    I used 1 oz of doritos for 2 small 4oz fillets. I 1 tbsp of melted butter for 2 small 4 oz fillets. And a small portion of Ranch dressing

Directions

Thaw out fish fillets
Roll Fish in Ranch Dressing
Break Doritos into crumbs
Layer both sides of fish fillets with Dorito crumbs
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over top of fish fillets
Baked in oven at 425 for 15 minutes or until fish begins to flake.

    I never heard of using Dorritos to cook fish! Not exactly the healthiest option, but this recipe gets points for creativity! You're never going to lose weight if you have to drizzle melted butter on top of the fish (in addition to the ranch dressing and chips) - 3/21/07
