Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 C egg substitute
    4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 T light butter
    1 C sugar
    1 C sugar substitute
    2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 T ground flax seed meal
    1/2 C unsweetened toasted coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Coat 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
Blend drained and rinsed beans and 2 T of egg substitute in food processor until smooth.
Place chocolate and butter in small bowl and microwave 30 seconds. Stir and repeat two more times until chocolate is melted.
Combine bean puree, sugar, sugar substitute, cocoa powder, flax meal and remaining egg substitute in mixing bowl. Beat well.
Blend in melted chocolate and coconut. Pour into baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cut into 24 brownies, each 2 Weight Watchers' Points.
