Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups of cooked/canned corn
    3 strips of turkey bacon
    1/2 pound lean ground turkey
    1 oz of cheddar cheese
    2 tsp taco seasoning

Directions

I start by cooking the bacon in the skillet and reheating my taco ground turkey at the same time in the same skillet on medium heat.

(if you have raw turkey meat, wait to cook till the bacon is done, so you wont get the bacon soggy and add the seasoning while it cooks)

after the bacon is browned and crispy put it aside, and add the corn to the taco meat in the pan,.cook till corn is golden colored and there is less moisture in the pan.crumble the bacon and add it back in the pan.cook together for about 2 minutes to mix the flavors.

take off the burner and enjoy.
to serve grate a lil cheddar cheese over the dishes for a slight cheesey flavor.

makes approximately 6 cup servings
