    1 cup water
    1 med banana
    .5 pineapple with juice fresh
    ,5 mango fresh or frozen
    1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen

Directions

put water and banana into blender and blend
add pineapple blend
add mango blend
add strawberries blend
pour, serve and enjoy
feel free to substitute fruits for your favorites or what you have in the house
