1 Low Fat Graham Cracker
1 TBS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Large Marshmallow
Directions
Break graham cracker into two squares. Then s'more can be prepared in one of two ways. Either place marshmallow on graham cracker and heat in microwave for 15 seconds, then place semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of hot marshmallow, other half of graham cracker on top of that, then heat in microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Or, you can press a hole in marshmallow, place on top of graham cracker and then put chocolate chips inside hole. Next heat in microwave for 15 seconds, place other half on top of marshmallow and heat for an additional 10 seconds if necesary.
Becareful they are not to hot and watch out for expanding marshmallows (Microwave time may need to be adjusted).
