    400 gr thawed tiny salad shrimp
    200 gr drained white beans
    250 gr drained kidney beans
    220 gr drained french beans
    3 chopped scallions
    2 chunked med fresh tomatoes

    1 TBLSP olive oil
    1 TBLSP red wine vinegar
    1.5 TBLSP dijon mustard
    1 TBLSP water


Makes about 7 cups

Drain, rinse and toss all canned products and thawed shrimp in big bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and scallions.

Make dressing out of oil, water, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and vinegar. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
