Low cal, low just about everything (but salt), cheese soup - with a little spicy to spice up your day! Filling and sinfully delicious which is what makes this a great recipe both fresh and left over. Feeling the need to munch? Have a half cup or a heck how about a full cup. Its got lots of veggies and at less then 100 calories a cup it won't break the calorie bank. =) ENJOY! Ingredients

3 cans fat free chicken broth
1 can RoTel Tomatoes (Original)
2 16oz packages of frozen veggies "California Style" (Broccolli, Califlower, Carrots)
10oz Velveeta Light
Directions
Mix broth, tomatoes, and veggies in large pan. Bring to a boil and cook until veggies are at desired tenderness
Add cheese and mix until melted.
Makes approx. 10 cups.
