Ingredients

2 pks. yeast
3/4 cup of splenda for baking
2/3 cup olive oil
3 cups likewarm water
1 tsp. salt
12 cups all purpose flour, more or less as needed
Directions
stir yeast and splenda together in large mixing bowl-add water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add oil and salt. Using a dough hook, gradually add flour, stirring on lowest speed. untill dough is the consistency of biscuit dough. Continue the stirring untill dough is thick. Spray top with cooking spray, cover and place in fridge for at least 24 hours.
When ready to bake. Shape dough into SMALL size rolls. Cover and allow to rise in a warm area untill the size that you want them to be. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
