Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Brown Sugar, .8 cup, packed)
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup )
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup )
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp )
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp )
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp )
    Raisins, .75 cup, packed )
    Carrots, raw, 2.1 cup, grated

Directions

Mix on high eggs and sugar
Add oil
Add all dry ingredients
Stir in raisins
Stir in carrots

In a bundt pan bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes until tester comes out dry.
