Introduction

Sooo easy enchiladas. Sooo easy enchiladas.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Tortillas
    1 can Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 cup Shredded Cheese
    1 can Enchilada Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Warm Beans in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Warm Tortillas in microwave for 1 minutes.
4. Scoop about 1/3 cup of beans onto each tortilla.
5. Top beans with cheese.
6. Roll tortilla.
7. Lay tortillas in baking dish.
8. Cover tortillas with enchilada sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
9. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
