Introduction

This is a soup made with 5 different types of canned vegetables and is very low in calories and fat. I decided to make this soup after the holidays to get a fresh start on my diet. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans zucchini, italian style
    2 cans sliced carrots, drained
    2 cans diced new potatoes, drained
    1 can beef broth

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 28 minutes.

If you like your soup with more broth, just add more cans of broth as you like it.
