Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 whole onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1/4 cup wine (red or white)
    1 packed cup of raisins
    1 small jar of green onions, with pimentos

Directions

Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.

Add all other ingredients, allowing to cook down and raisins to plump.

Serve with red beans and over rice.
