Introduction

This is an easy thing to just whip together.

Throw the first 6 ingredients together, knead, let sit in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 45 minutes to an hour.

Put on tomato sauce, cheese and your choice of ingredients.

    Salt
    Sugar
    Olive Oil
    Warm water 80 - 100 degrees (for rising yeast)

    Monterey Jack or mozzarella
    pepperoni or your choice of topping chicken?
    cheddar, sharp
