Ingredients

    * Pork Tenderloin, 800 grams
    Prunes, dried, 300 grams
    * Orange juice, fresh, 1 fruit yields
    * Honey, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    cinnamon stick, salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Throw pork and chopped onions in heated pan until browned. Cover with water, juice from an orange, honey, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Let cook for 45 min then add prunes and let cook 15 minutes more.
