Ingredients

    2 12oz package imitation crab
    1 14 oz can low sodium chicken broth
    1 14 oz can italian seasoned diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1/2 onion chopped
    2 -3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    1 Tsp. Bay seasoning
    salt & pepper to taste
    8oz wheat pasta

Directions

1. Saute garlic and Onion
2. Add broth, tomato, & spice, simmer 5 mins
3. Add crab simmer 10 mins
4. Boil pasta; mix with sauce
