Ingredients

1/2 lb lasagna noodles, cooked in unsalted water
3/4 colby jack cheese
1 c. 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. zucchini, thin slices
2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tbls basil, dried
1 tbls oregano, dried
1/4 c. onion chopped
2 coves garlic, minced
dash black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spary 9 by 13 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
2. Combine 1/8 cup colby jack cheese and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
3. Combine remaining colby jack cheese and parmesan cheese with all of the cottage cheese. Mix together
4. Combine tomato sauce with the rest of the ingrediants you haven't used. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add a third of noodles (3) in a single layer. Then take the cheese and cottage cheese mixture on top. Add a layer of Zucchini.
5. Repeat layering. Add thin coating of sauce. Top with the last layer of noodles, sauce, and reserved cheese mixture (colby jack and parmesan) on top. Cover with aluminum foil
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes
