Ingredients

    Pasta cooked 500, ground mince 500g, clove garlic, breadcrumbs 1 cup, parmesan cheese shredded 1 cup, jar of pasta sauce tomato based, tin of diced tomatoes 400g. 1 egg.

Directions

combine the mince, breadcrumbs, garlic crushed, cheese and shape into balls about the size of a squash ball. Place in an oven dish a cook at 180degC for 30 mins or until firm and brown.
Cook pasta and drain
Heat pasta sauce and tomatoes in a skillet and add the meatballs.
Serve over pasta
enjoy!

    What is mince? I am guessing ground beef - 1/8/09

    Sorry i should talk international language. Yes it is ground beef, here in Australia we call in mince.
