Ingredients

    1 tsp. bacon grease
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    4 cups fresh turnip greens, torn
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Cook bacon grease, garlic, and onion in saucepan on medium heat until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Liquid should just cover greens; add additional water if needed. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until greens are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
