Ingredients

    1Tbsp nucoa margarine
    1/4 C chopped mushrooms (I use food processer)
    1 Tbsp minced onion (in processor)
    3 Tbsp flour
    3 Tbsp nucoa margarine
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 C soy milk or lactaid milk
    1 or 2 minced garlic cloves (optional but good)

Directions

1. melt 1 Tbsp of nucoa and saute the mush, onion, and garlic.
2. remove from pan.
3. melt 3 Tbsp nucoa
4. Wisk in the flour and seasonings
5. cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently
6. slowly add soymilk, stirring with wisk to prevent lumps
7. cook until thick, stirring constantly.
