Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb Shrimp
    1 bunch cilantro
    1 medium gold onion
    2-3 Roma or House tomato
    3 medium lemon
    1 Haas or Bacon avocado

Directions

Peel and devein shrimp. Dice raw shrimp and place on medium bowl . Dice tomato and onions then add to bowl. Cut avocado in half, dice avocado and scop with a spoon. Cut and squeeze lemons. Stir all contents together. The Lemon juice will "cook" it. Add salt to taste, For best results you may leave in fridge to marinate overnight. Or if you want to eat it right away you can cook shrimp by adding them to boiling water. Make sure to take them out as soon as they turn pink or else they will lose that crunch.
To give it a little more spice you can add a jalapeno cliced and diced.
