This recipe was modified from a recipe in Clean Eating Magazine. We served it over thin slices of flank steak as the magazine suggested. I think it would also be good over fish! Ingredients

    1/2 cup Jicama, finely diced
    1/4 cup onion, diced
    3 scallions, diced
    1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp balsimic vinager

Directions

Mix all ingrediant in a small bowl and serve over main dish.
