Ingredients

    4 oz. cleaned, poached shrimp
    1/2 slice dry bread, made into crumbs
    2 tsp. finely minced parsley
    2 tsp. finely minced garlic
    1-1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 small clove garlic, mashed
    Salt and pepper
    Cayenne pepper
    Lemon wedge

Directions

Makes one individual serving

Arrange shrimp in an individual shallow flameproof casserole. Combine remaining ingredients (except lemon wedge) in a small bowl and mix well. Add a few drops water or clam juice to moisten, and pile some of the mixture around and on each shrimp, covering them thoroughly. Broil at a moderate heat just long enough to brown crumbs. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
