Introduction

Ingredients

    CRUST:
    16 oz. raw ground beef, 93% lean
    10 saltine crackers, crumbled
    2 t. onion powder
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 t. oregano

    TOPPING:
    6 oz tomato paste
    4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 t. basil
    veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)


Directions

Mix and press crust items into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Mix basil with tomato paste/sauce and spread over crust. Top with veggies and cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 min.
