Ingredients

    1 can evaporated milk
    3 tsp brown sugar
    3 tsp almond extract
    4 large eggs
    1 challah, diced
    6 egg whites
    1.34 c soy milk

Directions

Dice challah, place in pan. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over challah. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
