    2 cups flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 TBLSP sugar
    1.5 tsp salt
    1TBLSP yeast
    1 cup milk
    .25 cup water
    1.5 TBLSP oil


Makes 7 servings

Mix dry ingredients.

Mix milk, water and oil, microwave until 120-130°

Mix together. Batter will be soft. Grease and use cornmeal to coat a bread pan. Spread in pan, let rise about an hour til just about a quarter inch above top of pan. Oven preheated to 400° Bake about 20-25 minutes.
