Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb.
    Ground turkey, 97% lean, 1 lb.
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Organic Vegetable Broth, 1 carton
    Dill weed, dried, 6 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Dolmas

Directions

Dice onions fine, mix into meat with rice, tomatoes without liquid (reserve liquid), dill, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into 80 small balls approximately 1 heaping tablespoon. A mini ice cream scoop works great.

Unpack grage leaves from jar. Rinse and squeeze gently. Place meat ball on grape leave, vein side up near where stem is. Fold over sides and wrap up toward tip of leave. Keep in rolls, not flat.

Pack tightly in a dutch oven, cover in broth and remaining tomato juice and simmer low, covered, do not let boil, for 1 1/2 hours.

You can also put in crock pot on high for 3 to 4 hours.
