    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup
    Applesauce, sweetened, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    **Flax Seed, 8 tbsp

Directions

mix dry ingredients and wet separately - gently mix together
bake at 375 for around 20 minutes
