Ingredients

    1 lb dried red beans
    7 cups water
    1 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 lb sausage, sliced
    3 tbsp Creole seasoning
    Hot cooked rice

Directions

Place first 8 ingredients in a 4-qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on High for 7 hours or until beans are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
